The manager and the workers are Very kind and helpful. There was a nice spirit about the place. The rooftop is amazing, the rooms (our room with balcony) nice and bright and spacious. You can see the sea at two sides through trees and some houses, and it is very nice to see the eagles fly around the hotel.. Love the bird sounds, you can see the Lighthouse from nearby, it brings a nostalgic feel at nights.Room could do with a water heater for tea, but the rooms are clean and well maintained. The kitchen upstairs is usable for hot water and a big fridge, our room has a small fridge too. There is laundry pickup if you need wash done. If you're looking for food 300meters down are plenty of little eateries. Right on the beach..

Terrible place, dirty, unpleasant owner that tried to get extra money from me for early checking and not happy if you book only one night... I had booked one night with included breakfast and I got nothing...I felt like being rip off by the owner...Avoid this place if you can...

Grandness missing from Hotel Grandsea!

Hotel Grandsea is a quiet place, and that's about its only USP. We were told at the time of booking to have access to a sea-view room, but it wasn't the case. The room was basic and under-furnished for the price the hotel commands. The lights on either side of the bed need dusting and there was no telephone or side-table in the room. What's worse, we could not access Internet from our room as well. One of the towels given to us had holes in it. So much for the Grandness of Hotel Grandsea!

They compensate for he 5 minute walk you will take to the beach with quality, clean rooms, good WiFi, seaviews, and a great price. Solo travellers should expect a better deal and to bypass all the other subpar rooms you will be offered.

i had booked the hotel for 2 days but I cud stay only for a day. the breakfast served was pathetic, poor hygienic conditions and bad service. not recommended at all for anyone who is going with friends or family.
